Daryl is an IT specialist with over twenty years experience in the Financial Industry, specializing in implementing trading systems, back office systems, risk management, FIXML and market data.  He has an in-depth understanding of exchange-traded derivatives and investment vehicles and understands the clearing process as well as regulatory and reporting issues related to clearing operations. He specializes in process improvement and has helped firms with buy vs. build decisions for trading and operations systems. He has been instrumental in leading projects involving global implementation of front, middle and backend systems for large brokerage and investment firms.  Daryl also has 15 years experience in software development, with hands-on development skills and has a solid understanding of development methodologies such as Agile.
